Return policy

When you as a consumer place an order with us, you have a right ofwithdrawal of 14 days, during which you have the right to return your order.

Please fill in thereturn slip attached to your order (or download it here). Our return address is given below and on the returnslip. If you have not received a return slip, be sure to include your ordernumber in the package.

This cancellationperiod expires 14 days after you receive your order. If you have orderedseveral items in the same purchase and they are delivered separately, theperiod runs from the day you received the last item.

You can not cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item unless you have given notice.

Return part of the purchase

If you havepurchased more than one item from us, you can return one or more items, even ifthey were purchased in a single order.

Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded if you return only part of your purchase.

Return of the goods

You have 14 days to return the item to us.

Shipments do not include a return label.

For Danish customers: Orders can be returned free of charge. Please contact our customerservice by sending an email with your order number tohello@elementalcoloring.com

For international customers: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us, so we strongly advise youto send the package with a traceable service so that it can be located.

Remember to write Att:RETURNS AND REPAIRS on the outside of the package to ensure a quick transit through any customs offices it may encounter. Omitting this information may result in a long delay in your return - in the worst case, the customs office will return the package to your address.

Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us. We strongly advise you tosend the package with a traceable service so that it can be found at any time.Return shipments without a traceable service will not be covered byelementalcoloring.com.

The condition of the item when you return it

If the value of theitem is reduced and the reason is that you have used it in any way beyond what was necessary to check the item's nature and properties and how it works, then only part of the purchase price can be refunded to you. The amount that can berefunded depends on the sales value of the item, and in some cases this maymean that only the shipping costs can be refunded.

We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging.

If the originalpackaging is missing, it may reduce the value of the item.

Refund of the purchase price

If you regret apurchase, you will get your money back. If the value of the item is reduced, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (which, however, do not apply to additional delivery costs if you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer), no later than 14 daysfrom the day on which we received your notice that you wish to cancel theagreement.

We return the money with the same means of payment that you used at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed.

We can withhold payment until we have received the item unless you send proof that you have returned it.
